Jai Game Deposit & Recharge Guide: Paying In Safely and Fixing a Missing Credit

"Recharge" and "deposit" mean the same thing in the app: moving money from your bank or UPI into your game balance. It is a simple flow, but it is also where most money is lost to fake payment links. This guide covers how a recharge works on Jai Game, the one reference number that solves almost every missing credit, and the scams that copy the payment screen. For players aged 18+.

Quick answer

Start the deposit from the wallet inside the genuine app, pay only through the payment page it opens, and authorise the payment in your own UPI or bank app. Keep the UTR (the UPI reference number) for every payment. If money left your bank but the balance did not change, do not pay a second time: send the UTR and a screenshot to the in-app customer service.

Decide the amount before you open the wallet

The recharge screen is designed to make adding money easy, which is exactly why the decision about how much belongs somewhere else. Pick a figure when you are calm and not mid-session, and make it money whose loss would change nothing about your month. Our budget basics guide sets out a simple way to size it. A deposit made to win back a loss is the one deposit you should never make.

How a Jai Game recharge works

  1. Log in to the genuine appCheck you are on the real site first; the login guide and the official website checklist help.
  2. Open the wallet and choose depositThe app lists the payment methods currently available to your account.
  3. Enter your amountThe app shows any minimum or limit that applies.
  4. Pay on the page the app opensUsually a UPI request or QR code. Authorise it in your own UPI app with your PIN.
  5. Return and check the balanceThen note the UTR from your UPI app before you forget.

Two details matter more than they look. First, a payment page or QR code is usually generated for one transaction, so do not screenshot a QR and reuse it later. Second, your UPI PIN is entered only in your own UPI or bank app, never on a game page and never read out to anyone.

The UTR: the receipt that solves most problems

Every UPI payment has a Unique Transaction Reference, a 12-digit number shown in the transaction details of your UPI app. It proves exactly which payment you made, when, and to whom. Support can match it to their records in a way they cannot match "I paid yesterday evening".

Money left your bank, but the balance did not change

This is the most common deposit problem and it is usually fixable. Work through it in order:

  • Check the payment actually succeeded. Your UPI app should say successful, not pending. A pending UPI payment may still complete or reverse on its own.
  • Check the deposit records in the app. The order may show as processing.
  • Give it a short while. Credits are sometimes delayed at busy times.
  • Do not pay again. A second payment does not push the first one through. It just creates a second problem.
  • Contact the in-app customer service with the UTR, amount, time, order number and a screenshot. Our Jai Game customer care page explains how.

If your UPI app shows the payment as failed and the money was debited, that is a matter for your bank: failed UPI payments are normally reversed by the bank, and your bank's own support can confirm the status.

Mistakes that cause deposit problems

  • Reusing an old QR code or payment link instead of starting a fresh deposit.
  • Paying from a payment app outside the flow the game app opened.
  • Changing the amount in your UPI app so it no longer matches the order.
  • Closing the payment page before it confirms, then paying again "to be sure".
  • Depositing on a look-alike site reached from a forwarded link.

Payment scams that copy the deposit screen

The pattern is always the same: someone moves the payment outside the app. A "recharge agent" offers a discount if you pay their UPI ID; a group admin posts a QR code for a "bonus deposit"; a caller says your deposit failed and asks you to send it again to a new account. None of these are genuine. Pay only through the page the app itself opens, and never share your UPI PIN, OTP or password.

If you think someone has your login details, change your password at once using our account safety guide.

18+ and deposit limits

Real-money play is strictly 18+. Treat every deposit as the price of entertainment rather than an investment, and stop when the amount you set is gone. The responsible gaming page explains deposit limits, self-exclusion and where to find free, confidential help. Before your first deposit, the free Demo Wingo lets you learn the game with play money.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum Jai Game deposit?

Minimums and available payment methods are set by the platform and can change, so check the recharge screen in the app rather than a figure on a third-party site. Whatever the minimum is, decide your own budget before you open that screen.

My UPI payment succeeded but the balance did not update. What should I do?

Do not pay again. Find the 12-digit UPI reference (UTR) in your payment app, wait a short while in case the credit is simply delayed, then send the UTR, amount, time and a screenshot to the in-app customer service.

Can I pay to a UPI ID someone sent me on WhatsApp or Telegram?

No. Only pay through the payment page the app opens for you. A UPI ID sent in a chat, even by someone claiming to be support or an "agent", is a common way money disappears.

Does a deposit bonus mean I can withdraw more?

Not directly. Bonus credit usually comes with a play-through condition before it can be withdrawn. Read the terms in the app before accepting a bonus, and see the withdrawal guide for how this affects payouts.

Is it safe to save my payment details in the app?

The safest habit is to authorise each payment yourself in your own UPI or bank app, with your PIN entered only there. That keeps a deliberate step between you and every deposit.
